Electrical Maintenance Technician and Quality Control Inspector Wooster, Ohio Worthington Cylinders (WC), a Division of Worthington Industries has recently acquired Wooster Tool formerly owned by Westerman Companies. The Electrical Maintenance Technician is responsible for installing and repairing electrical systems and electrical and electronic components of industrial machining, equipment, and plant facilities. State of Ohio Journeymans card with 5 or more years of maintenance experience (or equivalent combination of education and work experience) required. Knowledge of 480V and 240V three phase systems, EMT, rigid PVC conduit, armored cable and romex, PLCs, limit switches, photoeyers, motors, overhead cranes, transformers, lighting systems, and plasma cutters required. The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for performing receiving, in process and final product inspections which includes dimensional verification, weld inspection and hydro testing pressure vessels. The ideal candidate shall be proficient in blue print reading and have experience performing dimensional and visual weld inspections utilizing micrometers, dial calipers, tape measures, and welding gages. Certification as an AWS-CWI and/or ASNT SNT-TC-1A Level I or Level II in the Liquid Penetrant, Visual and Magnetic Particle Testing methods would be highly beneficial but not required.
