Ashland County Job & Family Services seeks a Child Support Case Manager in the Child Support Enforcement Unit. Duties include: Managing all aspects of child support/medical support cases (i.e. review cases, recommend changes, conduct investigations, establish paternity, enforce child support orders) with time constraints; Process documentation; Enter, maintain and track data within the Support Enforcement Tracking System (SETS); Maintain electronic files; Prepare cases for legal action; Testify in court; Answer phones; Other clerical duties.
